A Call for Unity in America's Cold Civil War

As America’s Cold Civil War heats up, the chasm between us widens, fueled by a lack of common truth and an escalation of zero-sum games. On one side, a minority on the right believes it’s a majority, while on the left, identity politics have left them disjointed and adrift.

To keep the American dream alive, we must find common ground. If we remain divided, we risk becoming the “Divided States of Embarrassment,” perceived as weak and unable to unify even in the face of external threats.

We must move past the divisive issues that have plagued us for decades, such as abortion rights, immigration, and gun control. Instead of lies and gaslighting, we need leaders who can compromise and resolve these issues for the greater good.

This country is not perfect, but change is possible if we are willing to acknowledge our faults, forgive each other, and find common values. We must learn to agree to disagree so that we can compromise and move forward together.

Abortion rights, immigration, and gun control are just a few examples of issues that have simple solutions if we are willing to compromise. It’s time to set aside our differences and work towards a more united and prosperous future for all Americans.
